YUM!! I am cooking dinner. Roasted chicken with a honey glaze on top. Steamed asparagus and homemade mashed potatoes!! MMMM. I really do not like cutting the chicken apart or applying the spices underneath the skin of the chicken because it seems sort of barbaric but GOD does it ever taste succulent and juicy. I am going to have some friends over later for dinner and pop open a bottle of red wine and enjoy spending some time with my loved ones. I have never been much of a cook but I started taking a cooking class to end some of this boredome and come to find out I am a pretty good cook.
